Migrate DataStateExtensions to core module
...
Move `DataStateExtensions` to the `core` module.
- Deleted `DataStateExtensions.kt` from `authenticator` and `app` modules.
- Updated all imports.
- Added `junit5` and `kotlinx.coroutines.test` test implementation to `core` module.
