fix(api): resolve dynamic baseURL in direct auth.api.* calls
...
When baseURL is configured as a dynamic object (allowedHosts), direct
API calls via auth.api.* now resolve baseURL from the request object
when available, falling back to the configured fallback URL.

When using dynamic baseURL with allowedHosts, the initial AuthContext.baseURL
was set to empty string. This caused endpoints accessed outside request context
(e.g. .well-known/openid-configuration) to produce broken URLs.
