Specifically looking to generate wild card certificates from an DNS provider challenge, I believe this can help manage resources better, reusing a single cert for all sub domain resources. It will also help with renewals and not require managing additional certificates that would otherwise need to be maintained.

Blocking a user prevents them from interacting with repositories, such as opening or commenting on pull requests or issues. Learn more about blocking a user.
