Describe the Bug
When an admin invites a user to an organization, and the user accepts the invite but later deletes their Pangolin account, the user is still counted in the organization’s billing user count.
This results in an incorrect number of users being shown in the billing section.
Environment
Running on Pangolin Cloud, no local/self-hosted components involved.
To Reproduce
Expected Behavior
The deleted user should be automatically removed from the organization and should not be counted in billing.

Hey @mirkohubtv this is a bug thanks for reporting. I will fix this in the back end and take a look at your account so you should see an improvement in the next couple of hours.
In the future for cloud issues feel free to email support@pangolin.net or message through the platform.

Hey @mirkohubtv I do not see mirkohubtv@mirkohubtv.it in the system. Did you delete that account? Could you message support from the org in the dashboard having the issue?
@mirkohubtv commented on GitHub (Apr 17, 2026):
Yup, I used a different email in my screenshot. I sent you the message from my org
