Description

Follows up on #23370, which added fast-deep-equal and covered the message rendering pipeline; this covers the remaining 10 JSON.stringify equality comparisons in Chat.svelte (6 sites), ModelSelector.svelte, RichTextInput.svelte, NoteEditor.svelte, and CodeBlock.svelte.

fast-deep-equal short-circuits on the first mismatch, so it's faster than a full serialization round-trip. It also gets correctness right for NaN, undefined, and other values that JSON.stringify conflates.

JSON.parse(JSON.stringify(...)) deep clones and serialization for sessionStorage or display are left untouched.
