While the container is starting before the crash go to Files and locate this file:
/app/backend/open_webui/utils/models.py

Go to line 304 or search for and find:
for function_id in all_function_ids: get_function_module_from_cache(request, function_id)
Add a try except:
for function_id in all_function_ids: try: get_function_module_from_cache(request, function_id) except Exception as e: print(f"Skipping broken function {function_id}: {e}")

Check the logs after startup for the functions that are broken
