Description
This PR adds an option to update the profile picture as per the oauth claim on user login.
Added
New config flag OAUTH_UPDATE_PICTURE_ON_LOGIN to enable picture update
Additional Information
If an account is created manually in an oauth environment, the profile picture is populated as the default. If a user updates their profile picture at the identity provider, it is not updated in their Open WebUI account. This PR enables updating oauth-provided profile pictures.
If this is merged I will update the docs to describe the new flag.
