Additional Information

@zedrhodes pin pointed the issue to be PyAV however they suggest installing 14.4.0; however in my testing I could not get that version to work and opted for 14.0.1. Also, they suggest setting boto3>=1.38.33 but setting av==14.0.1 resolved the issue.
