i18n(fr-FR): complete French translation pass (#22200)

Adds and harmonizes French translations across the entire UI:
- Translate admin pages (Images, connections, models, etc.)
- Harmonize API key/URL field translations
- Fix "successfully" translations consistency
- Add missing translations (feedback, file, model selector)
- Fix typos and improve existing translations
