### Custom Timeout Setting

- implements #882 , a customisable timeout setting with a slider
- the user can pick between 10, 15, 30 (default), 45, 60, 75, 90, 120 and 180 seconds timeout

closes #882

Fixes an issue with slow servers causing premature timeouts.
