A minor comment (I don’t want to effect section standardized terminology) regarding Section 15.3.1: within the "Characteristics" subsection, "Causes" are explained. However, the dedicated "Causes" section does not cover all the causes mentioned.

Dear Prof. Reddi,

If you don’t have enough time in your busy schedule, basically removing the subsections (with caring about the repetition) is the easiest way to handle.

Hi @formlsysbookissue - thanks for the follow-up, always love it when I get to engage with the community of learners. Makes all this work so worthwhile for me.

If you don’t have enough time in your busy schedule, basically removing the subsections (with caring about the repetition) is the easiest way to handle.

I did make a pass on improving the content, following your comment. Merged it in, and you can check it out under - dev - the build might take a little while to complete.

If you have thoughts let me know, happy to make another pass.
