docs(device-authorization): gate approval on owner-only request details

Approve stays disabled unless the lookup returned the client ID, which
GET /device includes only for the session that claimed the code. The
demo also discards stale lookups, reports invalid or expired codes, and
both examples show a registered client name instead of the raw ID.

The approval page example enabled Approve before the request details
loaded, and the demo approval page showed neither the client nor the
requested scopes. Both now load them from GET /device, keep Approve
disabled until they arrive, and remind the user to approve only a code
shown on a device they have. The docs also describe which approval pages
to avoid.
