This PR adds EmbedPDF under UI Components → Miscellaneous.

EmbedPDF is a modular, high-performance PDF viewer. It provides a headless, plugin-based architecture that lets developers build fully customized PDF experiences, including annotations, redaction, thumbnails, and more.
