Summary

Updates two plugin entries that were renamed to comply with Jellyfin branding guidelines (avoiding the "Jelly" prefix):

The original entries were added in #472 and #473. Both repos have since been renamed on GitHub. The old URLs redirect automatically, but updating to the canonical URLs is cleaner.

Alphabetical sort order has been corrected for both entries.
