Description:
As the title says, i can't log in on mobile. Two days ago I installed bitwarden for the first time (Firefox extension and the mobile app). Everything was fine and I love this app, but suddenly today I'm unable to log in to the app from the android app.

I tried reinstalling the app but nothing. But, if I opened bitwarden from the internet (on mobile) it let me log in. I also tried syncing the vault from the firefox extension just in case but nothing.

The error that showed was "Wrong master password" although I copied exactly. Then when I reinstalled, the error was "Wrong username or password" Although, again, I copied both email and password correctly

As you may now, the app won't even let me screenshot it, so there is not a screenshot of the problem.

Environment

  • Device: [Motorola One Action]
  • Operating system: [Android 10]
  • Build Version (go to "Settings" → "About" in the app): [2.3.1]
  • Is this a Beta release? [N]
