Steps To Reproduce

I play cells to singularity which doesn't allow the direct use of bitwarden for the "Save Manager". I have to use copy/paste to use the password stored in bitwarden. If Bitwarden is already unlocked everything works as expected. But if Bitwarden is locked it doesn't work correctly. I use Microsoft Swift keyboard

  1. Start the game "Cells"
  2. accept 2 times
  3. tap yes
  4. tap somewhere to show menu button
  5. Go to the menu
  6. Tap on 'Save Manager'
  7. Tap on "Link"
  8. Tap on password field
  9. Choose Bitwarden on the keyboard
  10. Use Fingerprint to unlock
  11. Entry of Cells show for some miliseconds then bitwarden switches to the main screen
  12. Go back to the game
  13. Tap password field again
  14. Choose Bitwarden on the keyboard again
  15. Now we see the Entry of Cells and can copy the password

Expected Result

I want to see the possible entries for the field/app I called Bitwarden from, which was the case for versions prior to 2025.8.0

Actual Result

Bitwarden shows the entries for the field/app I called Bitwarden from and after a few miliseconds Bitwarden switches to the man page

A short test on a website using firefox gave the same result

I'm going to close this as a duplicate of #5777. The issue has been resolved in 2025.8.1, which started rolling out on the PlayStore earlier this week.

Once you receive the update, if you continue to have issues let us know and we can reopen this issue and investigate.
