Steps To Reproduce

  1. Configure mobile to unlock with fingerprint (that's my setup)
  2. Configure say the firefox extension to unlock via mobile authorization
  3. Logout from firefox BW extension
  4. Login to BW firefox extension, you'll be asked to provide the email. Do so
  5. In the next step select to login using a device
  6. On my android device a notification pops up to confirm my connection request
  7. Press on the notification request pop up. The verification will be shown full screen in the background, including the verification phrase, while in the foreground the fingerprint dialog will be shown.
  8. Tap the fingerprint to unlock

Expected Result

The overlay goes away and I press the confirm button for the verification

Actual Result

The overlay goes away, but I'm switched to the main BW panel. I have to select settings -> account security -> pending account requests -> (the current request) -> and THEN press the confirm button for the verification

We reproduced the issue on build 2025.8.0. After updating to the latest release 2025.8.1, the issue was no longer present, which suggests it is related to the issue mentioned above #5777

I’ll go ahead and close this issue for now, but please let us know if updating doesn’t resolve it on your side.
