Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to the "Cocos" app (capital.cocos.app.twa), from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=capital.cocos.app.twa (maybe only available in Argentina), with a login saved for androidapp://capital.cocos.app.twa
  2. Using Gboard, tap the Bitwarden vault button (or, if vault is unlocked, wait for the login info to show up)

Expected Result

The logins are shown for capital.cocos.app.twa

Actual Result

The logins shown are those that match "localhost"

This wasn't happening before the switch to the native app

I have the same problem. Every android app resolves to localhost instead of the androidapp:// URI.
If I recall correctly this started happening after the big UI update.

This behavior does indeed not occur in every app. But for the app "timeoffice" (de.pradtke.timeoffice) Bitwarden only checks for localhost and not for the real android URI.

I have the same issue, using Bitwarden Android app version 2025.7.2 (20551) when choosing "autofill and save" after searching for the login. This happened for the Audiobookshelf app version 0.10.0-beta (installed via Google Play) on Android 15. I've followed the https://bitwarden.com/help/auto-fill-android/ guide on bitwarden.com.

Edit: I've changed "Default URI match detection" to "Host", although that doesn't seem to be a factor
