Similar to how LastPass handles it add sub sections for secure notes for a number of pre defined types including a catch all generic type.

See their app for specific example of the data and then how this includes templates for sub fields (and icons) for things such as software licenses and wifi details (SSIDS and passwords etc).

Also Secure notes (and form fills) should ideally be separated from the Logins in the vault and apps as they are a separate form of data.
