📔 Objective

The flatMapConcat operator was replaced with flatMapLatest in AuthenticatorRepositoryImpl.kt for observing accountSyncStateFlow. This change ensures that only the latest emission from the inner flow (created by toSharedVerificationCodesStateFlow()) is processed, which is more appropriate for handling state updates where older states can be disregarded.

The authenticatorbridge-1.0.0-release.aar library was also updated in both the app and authenticator modules.
