Context

As discussed in PR #7084, we should consider removing the 'suspect ai generated' label and its associated workflow.

Rationale

  • Most PRs now contain some form of AI-generated content (estimated ~90%)
  • The bot frequently misidentifies AI-generated content
  • The label may no longer serve its original purpose given the prevalence of AI assistance
