Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

The app for some reason just likes to guess that I want new rules made and it creates a massive headache for budget tracking. For instance, I might manually assign a few items for a certain payee, and it automatically creates a rule for that payee to always go to that budget. Problem is, it should not do this and I have to then go back and reassign everything after finding and deleting the rule I never made.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Stop auto-generating rules.

Ok thank you, I see that now at the bottom as "Category Learning Settings". Obscure place to put that - I feel that should not be enabled by default.
