What happened?

Desktop notifications are off screen. I believe the PR that updated mobile notifications broke this.

How can we reproduce the issue?

Do anything that pushes a notification. Running the template syntax check is a quick one.

Where are you hosting Actual?

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
