Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

I was setting up some rules and found that i needed quite the same with some different flavor.
So instead of creating a new rule and setting it up by hand i hoped for a "duplicate" (or clone) button, same as the transactions.

For the implementation:
I'm a hobbyist Python, JS and C++ (Arduino) developer, so with some help, and pointing to the right files, i might be able to fix it myself, just need some guidance to find the right pages.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Button for duplication a marked rule.
Alternative a "..." or burger menu.
If two exact same rules exists no harm is done as far as i saw it so this could be done without much background work?!?
