What happened?

Keep getting this warning/error message when I update my Linux Ubuntu OS.
Can I safely ignore this message? Are there plans to update
org.freedesktop.Platform 23.08 to the latest version?

I had a similar issue where I kept getting that warning even after asking it specifically to update, uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it

flatpak uninstall com.actualbudget.actual
flatpak install flathub com.actualbudget.actual
