Verified issue does not already exist?

What happened?

Hi, thanks for the awesome app!

I’ve noticed that when I delete some categories, it seems to affect the budgeted amount.
I'm not sure if this is the expected behavior.

How can we reproduce the issue?

You can use the demo app (https://demo.actualbudget.org/budget).
There is $0 in "To Budget" for September. If you try to delete some categories, at some point it increases the "To Budget" amount to a value higher than the 'Balance' available in the category.

Where are you hosting Actual?

Pikapods

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome

Operating System

Windows 11

I don't think this is a bug. When you delete a category it also moves all transactions to the other category, meaning that rollover in previous months is also affected and can have some more complex effects than just moving the balance from one to another.
