What happened?

Currently my browser version on my laptop (Chrome hosted on Pikapod) is not syncing. The last change I made was via browser on my iPhone. AB is on my iPhone using the "Add to Homepage" feature of Safari. I have tried refreshing the page on my laptop and closing the browser tab. I have also tried switching the file and re-opening it. The other file I opened is not having syncing issues.

I also opened the version of Actual that I have downloaded onto my Mac, and it is also having trouble syncing.

Of note: I do have experimental features turned on for Goal Templates.

How can we reproduce the issue?
