What happened?

Switching the budget type from envelop to tracking budget hangs the page. It requires a hard reload for the changes to take effect.

How can we reproduce the issue?

  1. Open edge
  2. Go to settings page
  3. Click "switch to tracking budget"
  4. nothing happens
  5. refresh the page
  6. tracking budget is active now

Where are you hosting Actual?

None

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

No response

I'm not seeing the need for a page reload, but the transition between budget types is very slow. So adding the loading indicator and the cache reload is still useful.
