Description

Previously, when unlocking a split transaction, the children would still be locked. This change keeps the children to be in sync with the parent, which I believe is right as I don't think that you can set whether a child transaction is locked/unlocked cleared/uncleared.

Note: I am aware another PR (https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/pull/6994) has tried fixing the same, but personally think this would be better.
