Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

Currently on mobile, if one goes to the Accounts tab, there's an On budget section and the respective accounts, and an off budget section.

There is no All Accounts section or Closed accounts section like on desktop.

That means it's not possible to search through transactions done in closed accounts.

This can be useful when you want to find how much something has cost before.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Introduce a Closed accounts and All accounts section, like on desktop.
