Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?

Linking accounts with simplefin defaults to passing the account name as-is to actualbudget. However, there is no way to discern one from another that have matching names.

Describe your ideal solution to this problem

Prepend an identifier for the institution before the account name to be used in actual. First choice is the institutional name, else the serverUrl
