[Bug]: Spending report card does not respect saved time comparison mode for difference figure #1269

What happened?

Caused by #3112

When amending the saved time comparison the graph in the card on the reports page updates, but the difference figure only shows the difference to last month, ignoring the selected time comparison option.

In the screenshot below, the preferences are saved and the difference shows 2310.53

But in the card on the reports page the graph is correctly showing with comparison to the average, but the difference figure is showing difference to last month.
