Pitch: what problem are you trying to solve?
Most of the time, I cover overspending from the "To budget" category. To do this, I need to click "Cover overspending", select the "To budget" category, then "Transfer". This is a lot of clicking with a mouse to hit pretty small targets.
Describe your ideal solution to this problem
It would be much nicer if there was "Cover overspending from To budget" in the cover overspending/rollover overspending menu.

Since many people might have 0 in "To Budget" (because they budget everything into categories), it might be useful to let users choose a category for quickly covering overspending.

I was thinking about this as well - It would be nice to add a feature that allows you to select/indicate which categories you want to dip into/use to cover overspending. Then in the context menu when covering overspending to either 1) only show those categories, 2) only show those categories if they have available funds.
This would make the process much simpler when deciding how to cover overspending by only presenting the categories that you would actually want to consider using to cover overspending.
