Update all carousel GIFs with wider dimensions (120x30)

All 4 GIFs regenerated with new format:
- 01-clone-setup.gif (2.7M)
- 02-build-jupyter.gif (565K)
- 03-export-tito.gif (890K)
- 04-validate-history.gif (1.5M)

Consistent 120×30 dimensions fill carousel width nicely
