* skeleton of WhatPulse badge is done

* rename to category; add UptimeShort; switch to lowercase

* Add divergence for user and team

* small rename; cases for tests listed but not yet coded

* add ordinal numbers to whatpulse ranks

* modify error service tests for whatpulse

* WhatPulse badge changes are in progress

* update tests for WhatPulse badge:

* in tests, rename category to metric

* rename stats to metric

* some polishing

* add daysjs-duration-humanize to uptimeseconds

* add more + increase specificity of whatpulse service tests

* update example

* add space for upload and download

* Update services/test-validators.js
