Remove unused LIBRPZ_(UN)LIKELY macros

The librpz.h defined LIRPZ_LIKELY() and LIBRPZ_UNLIKELY() macros that
were actually unused in the code.  Remove the macros and the autoconf
check for __builtin_expect().
