Description

Two users with the same permissions for a project and its associated subprojects with several tasks.
One user sees a correct display (list view) showing projects, subprojects, and tasks. The display shows the hierarchy of projects and tasks perfectly with indentation in the list view.
The other user—as mentioned, same permissions, same settings—sees a list only without any indentation in the list view.

Attached are the requested screenshots.

User A sees the correct view, which correctly displays the structure with indentations.

User B sees only a list of tasks without the correct structural layout—everything is left-aligned on the same level.

There are no configured filters for the view (it is the default)—the settings are the same for both users.

For clarification:
Tasks with subtasks are not displayed in a hierarchical structure. The subtasks appear in the list view as separate tasks aligned to the left at the bottom of the list—so it is not possible to visually distinguish the subtasks from the main task because they are not indented beneath it.
Furthermore, when User B opens the main task, he does not see the subtasks within it .
