Description

It is recommended to add a built-in tag: Failed, with an option to configure whether it should be displayed in the task list on the homepage.

This sounds highly specific to your workflow, we won't be able to add this in general.

You can always add this label manually to a task, then create a saved filter that shows only tasks with that label applied and then set the filter as "show this on the overview page".
