Description

When a sub-project (non-root project) is shared with a user, it is currently only visible on the Projects overview page. It does not appear in the sidebar project tree.

In previous versions, these sub-projects remained visible in the sidebar tree even if the user did not have permissions to view the corresponding root project.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. User A: Create a project hierarchy (e.g., Root Project -> Sub-Project).
  2. User A: Share only the Sub-Project with User B.
  3. User B: Log in and look at the sidebar navigation.
  4. User B: Navigate to the "Projects" overview page.

Expected Behavior

The Sub-Project should be visible in the sidebar project tree for quick access, even if the parent project is hidden.

Actual Behavior

The project is missing from the sidebar tree and can only be accessed by navigating to the main Projects page.

Note: This appears to be a regression as it worked in older versions.
