I cannot reproduce the issue on my own instance running Vikunja v0.24.6, at least not after marking as done. I'm not sure if there were any other Undo triggers.
It's not even reproducible for me on try, which is running v0.24.1-1330-07272f6c.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
