Steps To Reproduce

1. open admin console of organisation vault
2. select clone from items ... menu
3. select personal vault as owner at bottom of cloned entry
4. click [save]
   -> FAILURE: Popup with Error message "The client has not provided an organization id!"

Workaround (continue from last step)

5. select different organisation without collections as owner
6. click [save] -> (expected) error message about requiring a collection
7. (re-) select personal vault as owner
8. click [save]
   -> clone is successfully saved in personal vault.

Expected Result

saving clone to personal vault should succeed at first try

Actual Result

clone is only saved to personal vault after first failing to save to organisation vault without collections

First thought: This might be a race condition, due to slow-ish response from server. (client -> vpn -> home network -> raspi 4b)
