If I'm correct this is a per user setting stored within local storage of the browser. I do not think that this is possible. But i haven't checked thoroughly.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
