When reverting back to the previous version of Bitwarden (2025.5.1), the recycle bin re-appears in the bottom right corner.
When using 2025.6.0, you still be able to delete items from the webgui.

[There has not been a new release](https://github.com/dani-garcia/vaultwarden/releases) since `1.34.1`, so this is still only available in `testing`. Cf. https://github.com/dani-garcia/vaultwarden/wiki/Which-container-image-to-use
