This should be resolved by #939 — the instability came from community-edition:latest resolving to v3.0.0-rc.* images that hang at boot; the template is now pinned to the stable v0.1.0 and was deploy-tested (HTTP 200). Please reopen if you still hit issues with the pinned version.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
