Adds Quant-UX template with docker-compose setup including:

MongoDB database service
Quant-UX frontend (port 8082)
Quant-UX backend
Quant-UX websocket server (port 8086)

Includes template.toml with configurable environment variables for JWT, mail, and authentication settings.
