Specifically, in this one:

Các từ khóa “MUST”, “MUST NOT”, “REQUIRED”, “SHALL”, “SHALL NOT”, “SHOULD”, “SHOULD NOT”, “RECOMMENDED”, “MAY”, và “OPTIONAL” trong tài liệu này được mô tả trong [RFC 2119](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2119).

there is no translation of these words to Vietnamese next to it, but it just straight up uses the translated word without any mapping indications:

1. Phần mềm sử dụng Semantic Versioning PHẢI công bố một tập public API....

The word "PHẢI" here means "MUST" (I know this because I am a Vietnamese Native Speaker) but there is no indications anywhere that "MUST" is translated to "PHẢI" like other languages such as Spanish:

Las palabras clave “DEBE”, “NO DEBE”, “OBLIGATORIO”, “DEBERÁ”, “NO DEBERÁ”, “DEBERÍA”, “NO DEBERÍA”, “RECOMENDADO”, “PUEDE” y “OPCIONAL”

I would like to provide some translation for this.
