Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Similar to #719, I wanted to open this issue asking to add @JohnTitor to @semver/maintainers.
Yuki has done some work on Crates.io, which uses a slightly restricted form of semver than cargo (such as disallowing packages to be published with
*constraints. Additionally, they're interested in picking up a lot of the maintenance work of triaging issues, etc, which not many of us have time for.Tracking approvals:
Similar to last time, if I don't hear any serious objections in a two-week-ish timeframe, I'll go ahead and add them.
