I don't see this issue's point, we already have CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: https://github.com/semver/semver/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
If you find that there's an issue with that, feel free to add a comment. For now, I'm going to close.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
