There should be a opt-in on the spec for "Enforced Semantic Versioning", the same way Elm is doing it.

This is a feature of a given semver implementation, and is outside of the purview of the spec itself. I agree these tools are useful, but they're not a job for us. Thanks!

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
