Do you have Crowdsec running?
This sounds a bit like you've been blocked by crowdsec.

If you don't have Crowdsec, just ignore this :)

I do have crowdsec that is running, strange is the ui works again, but access the resources is giving bad gateway. Tried to re-cate and same issues

When crowdsec blocks you, the default is 4 hours.

If you have it running with docker, you can try what I wrote in this comment:
https://github.com/fosrl/pangolin/issues/453#issuecomment-2775721239

This will allow you to put your IP in a whitelist, so you don't get blocked again
